​The Pilates Sanctuary, a boutique Pilates and body conditioning center in Travelers Rest, SC is the place to come for connecting your mind, body and spirit. Since opening the door to our community, we've introduced hundreds of people, from all fitness abilities and with many physical challenges, to the intelligent, thoughtful, whole-body approach to fitness. Our studio is fully equipped with the best Pilates equipment on the market from Balanced Body. You'll find a wide range of private and small group equipment classes for every level of ability from beginner to advanced.

The commitment to our community starts by you becoming a part of our family as we help you explore, refine, and advance your practice! Your instructor will use her extensive training and in-depth understanding of the human body to teach and cultivate awareness of one’s movement in the studio and in life.

​We want all of our students to feel safe, comfortable and welcome in our studio, and also have fun—there's even a chance you'll be cheered on by others in your class as you master more challenging movements.
